Greenleaf Recycling of Horseheads, NY will be picking up garbage and recycling for Village of Spencer residents only.
No longer need to purchase garbage tags.
May put out 2- 30 gallon trash bags and 1 recycling bin weekly.
All items must be at the curb by 5AM Tuesday morning.
