The Village of Spencer is providing notice to the public regarding the planned cleanup and demolition of the Spencer Shur Fine, located at 15 N. Main Street, Village of Spencer, New York.
Work is anticipated to begin as soon as all required local, state, and federal permits and approvals have been obtained.
The Village’s Code Enforcement Department has been in contact with the appropriate agencies and is coordinating the required regulatory processes in accordance with applicable laws and requirements.
