Village of Spencer – Sidewalk Snow and Ice Removal Notice
The Village of Spencer reminds all property owners that sidewalks must be cleared of snow and ice within 24 hours following a snow or ice event.
The Village Office has received numerous complaints regarding sidewalks that are inaccessible due to snow and ice accumulation. Please be advised that the Village Code Enforcement Officer will be issuing citations to property owners who fail to comply with this requirement.
Your cooperation helps ensure safe and accessible walkways for all residents.
